Role Overview
You are the architect of the revolution’s path to national transformation. You hold the long view and move daily to realize it. Your job is to align DR2’s actions with its mission, build teams who live that mission, and navigate political, cultural, and institutional terrain with strategy, courage, and clarity. You are strictly accountable to your leadership team, who receive direction from the people doing the work — and in turn, you serve the will of the movement with discipline, humility, and unshakable integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision: Craft and steward the long-term roadmap that guides DR2 from grassroots momentum to nationwide adoption and systemic integration.
Organizational Leadership: Humbly serve a cross-functional team of mission-driven revolutionaries across operations, tech, communications, finance, policy, and more.
Tactical Leadership: Translate high-level vision into achievable campaign initiatives, shifting swiftly between the battlefield and the command tent.
Mission Integrity: Serve as the ideological compass of DR2. Ensure that every project, campaign, and alliance upholds the values of transparency, unity, and people-powered governance.
Policy Strategy: Guide DR2’s stance on national issues and legislative priorities, ensuring consistency with the vision of Direct Representative Democracy.
Coalition Building: Forge powerful partnerships with activists, technologists, legal reformers, civic organizations, and aligned political leaders.
Crisis Navigation: Anticipate backlash. Prepare for sabotage. Defend the mission and the people carrying it out. This is a frontline post requiring vigilance against political, legal, and operational threats to DR2’s momentum and credibility.
