Role Overview

Working closely with the President and Director of Communications, You are responsible for expanding the revolution's national awareness across digital, physical, and cultural spaces. You turn mission into movement — making DR2 discoverable, recognizable, and impossible to ignore. From campaigns to content, outreach to activation, you lead with precision, boldness, and alignment to DR2’s message and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Movement Visibility: Design and execute marketing strategies that bring DR2 to the forefront of public consciousness.

  • Campaign Creation: Build and manage national and targeted marketing campaigns that grow awareness and engagement across platforms.

  • Brand Stewardship: Shape and safeguard DR2’s public identity through visual, tonal, and cultural consistency.

  • Audience Growth: Drive growth of DR2’s supporter base across digital channels, mailing lists, and grassroots communities.

  • Analytics & Impact: Track campaign performance and audience engagement metrics. Optimize based on real-world feedback and results.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of marketers, creatives, analysts, and grassroots ambassadors aligned with revolutionary purpose.

  •  Led marketing efforts that significantly grew awareness and engagement.

  • Translated vision into high-impact campaigns across digital and physical channels.

  • Created brand systems or messaging frameworks others could follow.

  • Mobilized supporters or communities through outreach efforts.

  • Measured impacts and used that data to adapt, refine, and improve.

  • Managed a marketing team toward focused, mission-driven execution.


Nice To Have

  • Experience with political, social movement, or nonprofit marketing.

  • Familiarity with growth strategy in decentralized or volunteer-powered environments.

  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like email automation, SEO/SEM, analytics, and ad platforms.

  • Background in digital storytelling, influencer collaboration, or audience targeting.

  • History of building movements with little budget but high purpose.

  • Understanding of the cultural and ideological landscape of modern America.


Compensation

This is a mission-first role. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with equity, values, and growth stage. Willingness to unconditionally support DR2 is essential.
