Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Oversee all internal operations and logistics to ensure the daily execution of DR2 missions.

Build a team of revolutionaries responsible for maintaining timelines and internal accountability.

About DR2NF

DR2NF (Direct Representative Democracy Revolution National Foundation) is a nonprofit organization under which The American People work to build a true democratic government — not a distant entity, but a direct extension of themselves. We unite ideological clarity with modern technology to empower citizens, dismantle corruption, and take back control from those who have hijacked democracy. We are creating a future where: We are The People. We are The Government. We are The Power.

Role Overview

As a department head and direct advisor on the President's team, You are the engine of execution behind the revolution. You oversee all internal operations and logistics to ensure that DR2’s missions move forward every day, with speed, structure, and integrity. You will lead a team dedicated to operational excellence, internal accountability, and relentless follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Design and oversee systems that keep DR2 running with precision, from internal workflows to cross-functional coordination.

  • Execution Discipline: Ensure that initiatives, campaigns, and internal projects meet timelines, hit objectives, and stay in sync with the broader mission roadmap.

  • Team Accountability: Build and lead a department of operations-focused revolutionaries who own timelines, anticipate bottlenecks, and make execution inevitable.

  • Internal Infrastructure: Develop and maintain the tools, schedules, dashboards, and workflows that enable every DR2 team to operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the connective tissue between departments, ensuring that tech, policy, communications, finance, and other teams move as one unified force.

  • Operational Problem-Solving: Anticipate friction. Solve for scale. Identify risks early and fix systems before they fail.

  • Naturally accountable and expect the same of everyone you lead.

Qualifications

  • Turned vision into executable systems others could follow and trust.

  • Proven history of maintaining momentum under pressure.

  • Managed complexity with clarity — timelines, teams, and logistics.
