Chief People Officer (CPO)

Ensure proper staffing of both paid and volunteer revolutionaries to support DR2 missions.

Ensure a culture that does not treat humans as resources to be used and disposed of.

About DR2NF

DR2NF (Direct Representative Democracy Revolution National Foundation) is a nonprofit organization under which The American People work to build a true democratic government — not a distant entity, but a direct extension of themselves. We unite ideological clarity with modern technology to empower citizens, dismantle corruption, and take back control from those who have hijacked democracy. We are creating a future where: We are The People. We are The Government. We are The Power.

Role Overview

As a department head and direct advisor on the President's team, You are the protector and cultivator of DR2’s most powerful asset: its people. You ensure the revolution is staffed with the right individuals — paid and volunteer — who are aligned with the mission and empowered to thrive. You will build a culture that rejects the commodification of humans and instead champions dignity, contribution, and belonging at every level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mission-Aligned Staffing: Recruit, vet, and place individuals — both staff and volunteers — who embody DR2 values and are ready to serve with integrity, skill, and heart.

  • Cultural Leadership: Build and preserve a culture rooted in mutual respect, collective purpose, and personal dignity. People are not resources, People are the revolution.

  • Volunteer Ecosystem: Design a scalable, meaningful system for volunteer engagement that ensures structure, recognition, and long-term commitment.

  • Conflict & Care Systems: Create internal systems for support, conflict resolution, and wellness that uphold the emotional, psychological, and ethical well-being of every revolutionary.

  • Team Development: Oversee training, development, and growth pathways that allow people to evolve in alignment with the mission, not just as workers, but as movement leaders.
